近日，勤创永续GreenCo成功加入全球报告倡议组织（GRI）社区，标志着勤创永续GreenCo在国际标准化的可持续发展报告舞台上又迈出了重大的一步。全球报告倡议组织(Global Reporting Initiative, 简称GRI)成立于1997年，由美国对环境负责经济体联盟(Coalition for Environmentally Responsible Economies，简称CERES)和联合国环境规划署(United Nations Environment Programme，简称UNEP)共同发起，并逐渐发展成为一家独立的国际性组织，旨在帮助投资者、企业、政府以及其他利益相关者更加清楚地认识到企业的业务活动在重要的可持续发展议题上已经或可能产生的影响。 GRI发布的《可持续发展报告指南》是目前全球使用最为广泛的可持续发展报告指引，至今发展已超过15年。 《可持续发展报告指南》代表了全球可持续性报告领域的最佳实践，是各报告机构和投资机构针对企业非财务信息披露进行沟通决策的重要工具。

Recently, GreenCo has successfully joined the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) community, marking another important step GreenCo has taken toward internationally standardised sustainability reporting.
The Global Reporting Initiative was founded by the Coalition for Environmentally Responsible Economies (CERES) of United States, with the support of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) in 1997, and has gradually developed into an independent international organisation that helps investors, enterprises, governments and other stakeholders understand the impact enterprises’ business activities have or will cause on material sustainability topics more clearly. The Sustainability Reporting Guidelines released by GRI is the most widely-adopted sustainability reporting guide across the world nowadays, which dates back to more than 15 years ago. The Sustainability Reporting Guidelines represents the best practice in the sustainability reporting industry at global level, and acts as an important tool for various reporting organisations and institutional investors to communicate and make decisions based on corporate non-financial information disclosure.
It is the core value and long-term corporate vision of GreenCo to help enterprises become the leader in sustainability reporting industry. As one of the 15 enterprises and organisations such as China Mobile, CLP and Swire Pacific Limited from China (covering mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau) that joined GRI Community, GreenCo is able to help enterprises and communities where they operate create more value, facilitate sustainable development of the entire value chain, effectively lower ecological footprint at source, to large extent explore, develop and create business opportunities, and enhance its professional capacity in sustainability reporting in accordance with the enterprise’s expectation and industry requirement through the collaboration with GRI.
